Citrine is a boutique tableware rental house with a pop-up studio to showcase curated events. Borrow from our collection or work with our design studio to craft unforgettable tablescapes for your special events. We are based in Philadelphia and serve the PA, NJ, DE, NY, MD, & DC areas.
ABOUT FLEUR’S
The concept comes from Philadelphia hospitality veterans Josh Mann, Graham Gernsheimer, and Chef George Sabatino and will feature cuisine that Sabatino describes as “inspired heavily by French techniques” with “every dish on the menu having something identifiable as French.” The partners are eying a mid-to-late spring for the opening of their first phase, the ground floor and mezzanine restaurant, bar, and raw bar. “We will be building the menu around what’s available at nearby farms... Our goal is to simply produce the best food possible in a beautiful setting with outstanding hospitality and without ego or pretense. We’re a very tight team, and this is really exciting for all of us.”
