Updated Fees
We’re reducing our Cleaning Fee to 8% and introducing an optional Care Coverage Add-On
Care Coverage is an optional 5% protection fee (capped at $500)that covers accidental loss or breakage up to 20% of your rental total, with a maximum of $1,000 in forgiveness per event. It keeps the return process easy and eliminates the awkward post-event follow-up.

How it Works
Payments Apply Immediately
Non-refundable deposits and any rental orders paid in full count toward your annual tier spend the moment payment is received.
Spend is Based on Payments,Not Estimates
Only amounts actually paid apply toward your tier. Future balances or pending totals don’t count until they’re paid.
Discounts Apply to Future Orders
Your tier discount activates on new bookings placed after you reach your tier threshold. Discounts aren’t retroactive
